SmartFitAI
Features

What SmartFit AI actually does.

Not a list of promises: the log, the coach, the fridge and the watch, as they run today, in beta.

A program, ready

Goal, level, equipment: the AI builds a multi-week program, or start from a template and stay in control.

The essentials, live

Sets, rest, records: the log follows your workout while you do it, not after the fact.

A coach that reads your data

Profile, workouts, measurements, fridge, mood: it answers with what you actually did, not in a vacuum.

WORKOUT TRACKING

The log that works while you lift.

One card per exercise, your sets in a row, weight and reps right in front of you. AI-generated program or a template you adjust yourself: the next load is already calculated before you rack the bar.

  • One card per exercise, sets in a row: warm-up, working set, drop set, to failure
  • Automatic rest timer, supersets linked together
  • AI-generated program (goal, level, equipment, duration) or a template you build yourself
  • Automatic progression per exercise, driven by how it feels (reps in reserve)
  • Full history, import from Hevy, Strong and FitNotes, personal records detected on their own
AI COACH

A coach that read your file before answering.

Most coaches answer in a vacuum. This one gets your profile, your workouts, your measurements, your food and your mood first — then it gives you a straight answer, and it can build you a whole workout, ready to start.

  • Gets your profile, your workouts, your measurements, today's food, your hydration and your mood before it answers
  • A straight answer from the first line — never an automatic referral to a doctor for a common question
  • Can build a brand-new workout from the equipment you actually have on hand, ready to launch live
  • Also sees your fridge and can suggest what to cook with it, right in the conversation
  • Can point out, if you ask, that a personal record has stalled for more than 21 days
  • 10 questions per day during the beta, for everyone, and still French-only

“Build me a leg day”

A WORKOUT READY TO START

It builds a complete workout from the equipment you actually have on hand, and one button opens it live, already filled in.

“Should I take creatine?”

A STRAIGHT ANSWER, NOT A REFERRAL

Yes or no from the first line, backed by a real number from your profile — not an automatic referral to a doctor.

“How's my recovery?”

A READ ON YOUR ACTUAL DATA

It cross-references today's hydration, your latest check-ins and your current streak to answer in words, not a numeric score.

NUTRITION

The log that goes beyond calories.

3,178 Ciqual foods, the official French food database published by ANSES, filled out with OpenFoodFacts for branded products. Type it in, scan it or snap a photo — the log fills itself in without you counting by hand.

  • 3,178 Ciqual foods, filled out with OpenFoodFacts and USDA
  • Calorie and macro targets calculated (Mifflin-St Jeor formula), with a safety floor of 1,200 kcal per day
  • Barcode scanning and meal photos — the AI breaks the plate down into separate foods, in multiple languages
  • A declarative fridge with expiry alerts, also visible to the coach
  • A recipe catalog that keeps growing, weighed to the gram, for now in French
RECOVERY AND FORM

Rest counts too, so we measure it.

An overall recovery score, planned rest days, and real technique analysis through the camera — not a gimmick, a measurement across 17 points on your body, calculated right on your phone.

  • Overall recovery score, calculated from your volume over the last 3 days (not yet broken down by muscle group)
  • Planned and tracked rest days, rest timer between each set
  • Camera-based technique analysis on the squat: depth, back angle, left-right symmetry, a score out of 100 calculated on-device, no video ever sent
  • Bench press, deadlift and other movements are coming: marked "Soon" in the app
LIBRARY

1,438 exercises, not a hundred.

Every movement has its own image, instructions in French and English, and for part of the catalog, a technique sheet: muscles worked, key points, common mistakes. The coach uses it too.

  • 1,438 exercises in the database, filtered by the equipment you've told it you have
  • An image for every movement
  • Instructions in French and English
  • Enriched technique sheets (muscles, key points, common mistakes, contraindications) for part of the catalog, also used by the coach

SOCIAL

A gym is never empty.

Friends, follows, leaderboard, challenges, stories, clubs: what you do in training can be seen, compared and shared, without leaving the app.

  • Friend requests and follows, to follow and be followed
  • Leaderboard among friends
  • Challenges to join or create
  • Stories and clubs, with their own posts
  • Private and group messaging
DEVICES

It talks to your watch too.

A real Apple Watch app, not relayed notifications: live heart rate, timer, sets logged from your wrist. And once the workout's done, it flows into whatever you already use.

  • Native Apple Watch app: workout, rest timer, live heart rate, complications
  • Apple Health: read and write
  • Google Fit: connect and sync
  • Strava: connect, sync and automatic publishing of your workouts
  • Garmin, Fitbit and Whoop: connect and sync
ANALYTICS

What you did, in numbers.

A dashboard that pulls your week together, and reports generated on their own, every week and every month.

  • Dashboard: workouts, calories, hydration and records at a glance
  • Personal records detected automatically
  • Weekly and monthly reports generated automatically
  • Body-composition tracking and your goals over time
